Florence is a rounded genuine leather clog with a soft genuine suede finish, a buckle strap and a warm faux fur lining. The adjustable buckle lets you open up the fit on days your feet swell, and the open back means you step straight in without bending down. Underneath sits our Ortho-Step System: a moulded cork footbed with a cushioned heel cup that holds the heel steady and takes the strain off the arch. The indoor-outdoor sole goes from the kitchen to the shops without a change of shoes. Every pair comes in three widths, from a Medium B through to an X-Wide 2E, so you pick the width as well as the size. Every style starts from the same set of choices about shape, padding and grip. Here is what that means in practice.

A layered footbed runs the full length of the shoe, from heel to toe.
- Two foam densities, a firmer base with a softer top layer.
- Shaped heel cup that holds the heel in place as you walk.
- Keeps its shape rather than flattening after a few weeks.
