Ivor is our Chelsea boot for feet that need room across the front. Elastic side panels take the effort out of getting them on, while the cushioned footbed takes the pressure off the ball of the foot. Every pair comes in three widths, from a Medium D through to an X-Wide 4E, so you pick the width as well as the size. From the full-grain leather-look upper to the Ortho-Step System, Ivor is made for standing, walking and staying out longer.

What goes into every pair
Every style starts from the same set of choices about shape, padding and grip. Here is what that means in practice.

A layered footbed runs the full length of the shoe, from heel to toe.
- Two foam densities, a firmer base with a softer top layer.
- Shaped heel cup that holds the heel in place as you walk.
- Keeps its shape rather than flattening after a few weeks.

The footbed is contoured along the inside edge instead of being flat.
- Built-in contour that follows the shape of the foot.
- Removable, so you can take it out and use your own.

The front of the shoe is shaped round and roomy rather than tapered to a point.
- Extra width across the ball of the foot.
- Rounded toe shape with room in front of the toes.
- No overlays across the widest part of the shoe.
